Description (partial)

Symptom:
Agent LiveData report (LiveDate > Agent report) has a column called "AgentID". Customer is expecting the Agent ID to be the same as Agent ID configured in CCE Admin (PeripheralNumber). When checking SQL query, it's taking SkillTargetID. 

Customer is asking To display Agent IDs that are configured in CCE Admin, instead of SkillTargetID.
