Description (partial)

Symptom:
Ipv6 to ipv4 session is initiated from outside via active RII.
TCP IPv6 packet is nated to IPv4 address and if there is no route for this IPv4 prefix,
redundancy state is switching b/w Standby and Init on standby node.
During that switching traffic over standby box is dropped.

Conditions:
NAT 64, RII, lack of ipv4 roure
