Description (partial)

Symptom:
Hardware: CP-8851-3PCC
Firmware: sip88xx.11-3-1MPP-697.loads

Problem description:
===========================
Customer is experiencing a problem when trying to make a Conference or transfer call by having an active conference on the 1st Line.

Scenario: Ext:4002 dials Ext:4004, makes a conference with the Ext:4001, all OK.

Incoming call to Ext:4002 from Ext:1002 on the 2nd line, when trying to transfer or conference with an Internal number or PSTN, the phone is restarted. Calls are retrieved (conference and call) but only by cutting off 2nd call can retrieve the conference.

After the conference is retrieved, if make an outgoing call and transfer it or make a conference it is successful.

Limit the problem seems to be with the incoming calls on the 2nd Line.

This happens with the new FW: sip88xx.11-3-1MPP-697.loads

If we lower the FW to the previous one: sip88xx.11-2-3MSR1-1.loads the issue is not reproduced.
