Description (partial)

Symptom:
Customer fails  to log into ESA GUI main pange ( https:///ESAIP ) after entered uernamed and password. 

The "Application error An application error has occurred and has been logged to the GUI log. Error Return to the default screen. " is showen up on GUI. And cutsomer receives the critical message alert.


Conditions:
It caused customer fails to log into ESA GUI https://ESAIP after enter uernamed and password. The "Application error An application error has occurred and has been logged to the GUI log. Error Return to the default screen. "is showen up on GUI. And cutsomer receives  the below critical message alert. 

The Critical message is
