Description (partial)

Symptom:
CLI tasks "Data.NetworkRemover" doesn't report any failure even though task is failed from backened . [Applicable to majority of other task]

Conditions:
1> 2 nodes in HTTPS networking configured
2> One node removed from other 
3> Data.NetworkRemover task runs from the CLI 
4> Tasks failed at backened due to some issues with partition or any other issue 

Current Behavior :
CLI still says "Task Data.NetworkRemover started" which is causing confusion with customers/TAC

Expected Behavior :
Tasks ran from CLI should report success or failure alng with possible log file information in case of failiure to make system more effective and clarity with customers and TAC to fix issues with networking and later applied to all generic tasks
