Symptom:
When using certificate based authentication for admin access to the ISE GUI, the Administrator Login Audit Report is flooded with multiple failed authentication attempts per minute. These attempts source from the IP address of each server in the deployment with an error message of "Administrator access failed because certificate was not presented "

Conditions:
Certificate based authentication for admin access configured on ISE 2.4 and newer releases
