Symptom:
The baremetal node fails to add to cluster as NEW after imaging. The error seen in the Orchestrator log is exception:Core Accounting for existing instance

Conditions:
This has been observed after replacing the baremetal node, TA-SNODE-G1, on Tetration OS 3.1.1.59-1.
