Description (partial)

Symptom:
Convergence delay with Vtep ecmp routes installation and deletion in HW on nexus 7k module f3/f4/m3.

Conditions:
Route churn 
Removal of the vtep ECMP next hope.
Reload of  R-vtep.
bringing up route will not impact anything as this will still be forwarding via available ECMP path. 
Removing vtep ECMP can affect this as switch might take time to update the deleted entry and might forward traffic on removed connection for some 30 sec
