Description (partial)

Symptom:
Unable to edit/cancel meetings using Outlook Webex plugin (Productivity Tools Add-In) for migrated meetings.
In some scenarios, the meeting hangs on "Communicating with WebEx service".
In other scenarios when opening the meeting invite the "Add Webex Meeting" is showing up even there is a meeting scheduled, then when clicking on the button the next message will be received "Your web-ex meeting has been migrated to new add in, please use the new add in to edit your meeting".

Conditions:
This is affecting Windows 10 and MAC users.
