Symptom:
Messages that have an email address with an (') apostrophe won't be able to lock or unlock, and it will display an error message:

An error occurred during the processing of the URL.

Conditions:
In CRES Portal --> Accounts --> Manage Registered Envelopes

Select one message with an email address that has an (') apostrophe
i.e.- john.d'oe@example.com

Click the Lock/Unlock Envelope link.

An error will display:


An error occurred during the processing of the URL.
