Symptom: Customer receives the error message "Update Failed. Please Contact Cisco Support" when attempting to change an Alert from Active to Ignore on the Active Alerts page Customer: SMBC CAPITAL MARKETS SR 687993442 Conditions: This happens for every customer at his organization. It doesn't matter if selecting one or more alerts at a time.
