Symptom: This issue is seen only once and symptoms is failed to start dbcra database which gets hanged and takes CPU very high . This inturn hangs SV and there is noway to come out of this . Conditions: Swicth version hangs in this case and only way to comeout is to restart node and re-initiate switch version .
