Description (partial)

Symptom:
Push Notification stops working and after sometime Cisco Push Notification Service(CPNS) starts giving out of memory Error. The CPNS logs would show 5 connections leased out, none available and a big value in the pending queue :

Conditions:
Cisco Push Notification Service is running and is handling push notifications for calls to Jabber.
