Description (partial)

Symptom:
The captured packets by using EPC feature in ASR1k appears to be out of order when receiving traffic with rate over 512Mbps. The captured packets some times appear out of order either in ingress or egress or both off interfaces.

Conditions:
Traffic rate is greater than ~512Mbps.
