Cisco Bug: CSCvs51266 - Unity Connection Bulk Edit Greetings with multiple languages not possible

Symptom: Bulk edit operation is unable to change the language for multiple users/call handlers. We receive the error "Access to the requested resource has been denied." when we try to bulk edit the greeting for multiple users/call handlers at the same time from English to a different language. Unity Connection version: 18.104.22.16800-57 Conditions: Test 1: Cisco Unity Connection version: 22.214.171.12400-57 1. Locales should be installed in the system. Example: admin:show cuc locales Installed Locale Package Locale ----------------------------- ------ uc-locale-de_DE-126.96.36.199-1000 de-DE 2. Use two or more users as a test 3. Use Bulk edit to change the standard greeting for both test users 4. Change the language of the recording from English to a different lannguage (German) 5. The error message "Access to the requested resource has been denied." is displayed. -The same error message appears on different browsers (Google Chrome, firefox , Internet explorer) Test 2: Cisco Unity Connection version: 188.8.131.5200-11 Actions : -Install the locale. -I Selected 2 users, I press the bulk edit button then under edit ==> Greeting ==> Standard, I choose the language (German) and I press submit. -I did not get any error message but the language is not changed from English to German for all the users.
