Description (partial)

Symptom:
Static routes, if configured, gets deleted after upgrade

Conditions:
Happens in a standby in a high availability configuration.

1. User configures static routes on active and/or standby using FTD CLI.
2. Pushes a policy which may truncate static route configuration file (/etc/sysconfig/network-devices/ifcfg-static-routes)
3. Next reboot will not have any routes to set up while processing ifcfg-static-routes
