Description (partial)

Symptom:
Multicast traffic drop is seen during non disruptive ISSU of a vPC pair with N9K-C95xx series switches on multicast routes having no vPC Vlan outgoing interfaces.

Conditions:
When all of the following conditions are met:
* ND-ISSU from 7.0(3)I7.x to 9.3.(3) on a Nexus 9k-C95xx series switch which is a part of  vPC pair.
* The vPC node where the ND-ISSU is performed  is the non-forwarder for the multicast source and there are no vPC Vlan out going interfaces for the corresponding multicast route.
