Description (partial)

There is no option to delete the event logs on satellite admin page (Accounts tab) or licensing portal (Activity tab).

1. When we go to satellite admin page -> Accounts Tab -> Event logs -> No option to delete.
2. When we go to satellite licensing portal -> Under Licensing Tab -> Activity Tab -> Event logs -> No option to delete
