Description (partial)

After clicking "Join" in the Webex Teams app and confirming to join via the Proximity-paired endpoint, the main activity pane switches to a blank view with no media displayed despite a user in the meeting sharing their screen.

A Webex Teams for Windows application is paired with a cloud-registered Room Device (TelePresence unit). The Room Device is already connected to the call/meeting in question (e.g., someone walks into a conference room late where others have already started and joined the meeting). The computer running the app is connected to a network with poor connectivity (dropped packets, requests timing out, etc.).
