Description (partial)

Symptom:
Kernel crash observed while reloading one of the Node with Traffic (800 Frame Size - 64 Streams - 80% Line Rate - 780 MBPS)

Conditions:
Kernel crash observed while reloading one of the Node with Traffic (800 Frame Size - 64 Streams - 80% Line Rate - 780 MBPS)

Build :  BLD_V1612_THROTTLE_LATEST_20191203_215654_V16_12_1_33

Steps:
1)	Had 4 IPSEC Tunnels ? 1 over Physical Interface and another 3 over BDI in another Physical Interface
2)	Started Traffic with 64 Streams (16 on each Tunnel) with Frame size of 800 (Rate:80% / 780 MBPS)
3)	While Traffic in Place without any drops/issue, reloaded one of the node.
4)	Once the node comes up, it went for kernel crash automatically within few minutes.
