Description (partial)

Symptom:
Webex to Webex call records is not been shown in CDR when search using URI

Conditions:
When we search using the 4 digit extension, it is showing the call details.
When we search using the URI, it returns no data.
Call flow: webex --> CUCM --> Webex
Bug details contain sensitive information and therefore require a Cisco.com account to be viewed.
