Description (partial)

Symptom:
Memory leak of callhome process will lead to this process to crash:

%SYSMGR-2-SERVICE_CRASHED: Service "callhome server" (PID 27043) hasn't caught signal 6 (core will be saved).

Conditions:
Issue happens when the callhome feature is not even configured.
