Symptom:
Following SNMP trap was generated on the node.

LicenseExceeded                         1     0       1  2019:11:06:15:35:22

From the SSD, I can see following information. Subscribers count was reached to 4.2+ Millions.
 
  SGSN Service:
    In Use              : 347622
    Max Used            : 475793 ( Wednesday November 06 15:34:02 IST 2019 )
    Limit               : 0
    License Status      : Within Acceptable Limits
  MME Service:
    In Use              : 564742
    Max Used            : 4221861 ( Wednesday November 06 15:34:02 IST 2019 )
    Limit               : 3200000
    License Status      : Within Acceptable Limits

License came down to within acceptable limit but this trap was not cleared and caused no new request were being processes at IMSIMGR level.

IMSIMGR restart resolved this issue.

Conditions:
LicenseExceeded alarm was generated but was not cleared.
