Description (partial)

Symptom:
CR4 copper 100G cables sometimes, may experience higher link up times when connected between N3K-C3408-S and N9K Switches.
Link up time varies depending upon different Peers. This happens only when auto-negotiation is enabled. The issue may or may not be seen across all the ports.

Conditions:
100G Copper CR4 XCVR connected between N3K-C3408-S and  N9K Peer with auto-negotiation enabled.
