Description (partial)

Customer is receiving the following email from 5 different Cisco Nexus 9396 switches. 
" This is an informational message to let you know that the processing of this message has been stopped since a required data element  "Networkelement Host Name " is not available in the Inventory message.  Smart Call Home Support has already been contacted."

Informational email is being sent out to the customer that makes the customer feel that Smart Call Home is not working properly.
