Symptom: Customer is receiving the following email from 5 different Cisco Nexus 9396 switches. " This is an informational message to let you know that the processing of this message has been stopped since a required data element "Networkelement Host Name " is not available in the Inventory message. Smart Call Home Support has already been contacted." Conditions: Informational email is being sent out to the customer that makes the customer feel that Smart Call Home is not working properly.
