Description (partial)

Symptom:
In the event that there is a routing loop outside of the SDA fabric (e.g. due to redistribution: BGP -> IGP -> BGP,) communication in the fabric will be effected as well when L3 handoff configuration is pushed from Cisco DNA Center.

Conditions:
1) Routing loop outside of fabric
2) L3 handoff pushed from Cisco DNA Center
