Symptom:
When a user schedules a recurrent meeting from Outlook and chooses "Central American", then on the Webex page it shows "Central Time (US & Canada)".

Conditions:
User is scheduling using Outlook and selecting the next options:
-User is scheduling a recurrent meeting 
-User is selecting time zones
-User is selecting Central America
