Cisco Bug: CSCvs44408 - service-br with dhcp enabled wont get ip address after reboot

Last Modified

Apr 27, 2020

Products (1)

  • Cisco Enterprise NFV Infrastructure Software

Known Affected Releases

NFVIS-3.12.1

Description (partial)

Symptom:
When DHCP is configured on a service bridge (not a default bridge such as wan-br, wan2-br, lan-br) and NFVIS is rebooted, upon system restart the bridge fails to obtain IP address. "show bridge-settings <service-br>" indicates that the ip address is 0.0.0.0 for the bridge, meaning that no IP was assigned after reboot.

Conditions:
DHCP is configured on non-default bridge and NFVIS is rebooted.
