Description (partial)

Symptom:
Duplicate MAC address seen on Active and Standby units data interfaces

This can be verified by running the following command on both units:

show interface | include MAC

The MAC addresses will be the same on Active and Standby unit which can cause network instability

Conditions:
FTD in Failover

Switching the Primary and Secondary units using the following steps:

1. Make Secondary unit as Active unit
2. Break HA
3. Reform HA with the previously Secondary Unit as the new Primary unit
