Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Agent may see message indicating that the dispatcher has not yet picked up the outbound message. After 60-90 seconds, the message will reappear in the agent's Inbox. Subsequent Send & Complete will successfully send the email. Conditions: ECE 11.6 when Agent contains the Wrap Up role for Email Activities.
