Symptom:
As per documentation with regards to Rogue EP Detection:

You must disable the rogue endpoint feature prior to upgrading or downgrading the Cisco Application Policy Infrastructure Controller (Cisco APIC).

This is an enhancement request to automatically disable Rogue EP Detection when an upgrade is triggered, and to re-enable it once all nodes have completed upgrading to the target version.

Conditions:
ACI with Rogue EP Detection Enabled.
