Symptom:
WCAG 1.4.1 Use of Color:  Color is not used as the only visual means of conveying information, indicating an action, prompting a response, or distinguishing a visual element.

Conditions:
The vendor will make the necessary changes to the code to remediate the 508 defect to make sure the name, role, state or value of user interface elements in the product can be understood.
On the Administration page under License definitions, View Release Notes, blue bolded text is used to distinguish new items in this release of the license definitions. Assistive technology Users cannot distinguish blue bold text from regular text contained within the web application. (New: 02/21/2019)
