Description (partial)

Symptom:
I have tried Mobile App, WebEx Teams on my PC and the webinterface, the content is missing from all instances.
My colleague checked the content too, and it is also missing from his (using his own account and device).
The past 2 months all content is there, but then holes start to appear.
On some days there is no content found at all and on some days, some content is just missing while other content is there.
I have attached the chat from the 23rd where you can see me respond at 9:45 to a chat from another person that
