Description (partial)

Symptom:
A N9K-C9348GC-FXP with 1G copper links connected to a device which has multiple rapid flaps on reboot may cause the link to fail to fully come up for an extended period of time when the device changes NIC speed as part of the reset or reload process.

Conditions:
N9K-C9348GC-FXP switch
Server or end device configured as 1G mode which has reloaded and multiple flaps are seen in port-client. This can be confirmed from attached module with the command ?show system internal port-client link-event | include PORTNUM? where PORTNUM is
