Symptom: Webex Teams UC calling(in CTI Controlled mode) supports calling when using the number pad. When number is dialed lets say 2001, the phone it is controlling, dials the number. And it works fine. Teams user with UC calling : firstname.lastname@example.org Phone number : 1001 Normal teams user(Native calling) : email@example.com Phone number : 2001 But, lets say firstname.lastname@example.org is a user who has a 1:1 space open with email@example.com. And if the phone is used to make a call to the user firstname.lastname@example.org from the 1:1 space, it does not do anything. Just sits there. Conditions: If a Controlled phone is used to make a call to a user in 1:1 space.
