Cisco Bug: CSCvs42855 - unable to use recording in my computer during a Webex Events session

Known Affected Releases
Symptom: No option for the Local Based Recording was showing in the Ongoing Event. Conditions: WBXclient-39.5.11-7 version 1. Created a event session ONS1 and checked for Local recording. 2. Assigned to the profile 3. Scheduled an Event. 4. Started the Event and invited attendees. 5. No option for the Recording was showing in the Ongoing Event. MP4 format for Webex Events that are under:Configuration -> Common Site Settings -> Options are enabled.
