Last Modified

  • Cisco ASR 9000 Series Aggregation Services Routers

Known Affected Releases

Description (partial)

Symptom:
ISIS may install an invalid backup path when the TE link attribute changes on a link or when both UP and DOWN link events are received before the SPF is triggered.

The invalid transient FRR backups could still be using the already down remote link; these paths will be purged during the next periodic full SPF run (default: 15 min).

Conditions:
Segment routing mpls or SRv6
microloop avoidance
fast-reroute per-prefix
