Description (partial)

++ Checked configuration on CUCM. Date/Time group configured has the correct timezone configured. The correct date/time group was associated with the device pool assigned to the ATA.
++ We collected logs from the CUCM and could see that in 200OK, the CUCM is sending the correct time in GMT towards the ATA. But the ATA is still showing the wrong time (1 hour early).
++ We checked the config file of the ATA and could see the TZ file was old (2017a version). Therefore, we updated the TZ file to the latest one (ciscocm.dst-updater.2019b-el6- But the issue still persisted.
++ DE informed that the issue is with ATA. ATA is not able to add correct time suffix to GMT time supplied by CUCM.

ATA191: Wrong time is shown after DST. Time shown on the ATA is 1 hour behind the current time at Adelaide. SIP phone having the same Date/Time group shows the correct time.
