Description (partial)

Symptom:
When the DNAC upgrade, sensor can get into recovery mode and fallback to PNP OR Sensor going in to PCF(Partial collection Failure) on DNAC(due to backhaul connectivity issues) and fallback to PNP.
When sensor fallback to PNP and get into Error state from PNP server, manual intervention is required. Reason for sensor getting into PNP error state is Eg: Certificate download failure OR PNP configuration download failure etc. This could be either sensor backhaul problems OR DNAC services issue.

Conditions:
Sensor State in Provision/PlugAndPlay/ Devices in Error State.
Sensors in PCF(partial collection failure) state and never recovers
