Description (partial)

Symptom:
If the vSpine CP TEP RID doesn't match the one carved from vPOD routable subnet, vSpine will fail to establish BGP Adj with the physical Spine.


Conditions:
If the Physical Spine CP Routable TEP is configured different than the one vSpine is trying to form Adj with (carved from the routable TEP).
