Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Prime Infrastructure may not be able to open support cases on Cisco.com, instead returning the error, "There were one or more errors while getting details from the backend services." Conditions: This was observed in Prime Infrastructure 3.7 and later. Issue also exists from older PI releases as well i.e PI 3.5.
