Description (partial)

Symptom:
Packets destined to SVI MAC address are dropped in Layer 2 only VLAN when transiting the Nexus 7000 which owns the destination mac address on another SVI.

If traffic is destined to  SVI bia mac address Nexus 7k that receives the packet punts it to CPU and it will never bridge the packet.

Conditions:
Traffic received on L2 only vlan, destined to its own mac address of another SVI that this box owns.
