Description (partial)

Symptom:
When applying a link latency value via AP Join profile on GUI/CLI
- There is no change in the configuration on the WLC CLI Output for APs that belong to the Profile
- There is no other way to apply this configuration, AP specific Settings seems to be removed due the AP Join Profile characteristic.

Conditions:
Using a 9800 WLC, Physical and Virtual appliances
