Description (partial)

Symptom:
On CRS 642 upgrades, we noticed failures with FP-X version of Line cards resulting from them not to boot up, post software activation and FPD upgrades. 

Cards were EFAed and based on the failure analysis, Cisco development team could root cause it to bit flips/corruption in EEPROM, resulting in line cards not able to boot up.

Conditions:
Seen on FP-X, MSC-X, LSP-X cards
