Description (partial)

In some cases where early media is negotiated, you could lose the first seconds of a call.

When a RoomOS device sets up an outgoing call, and far end is a SIP device, e.g. an IVR, far end could possibly start sending early media before sending 200 OK. That means that media sometimes will be available before receiving message from far end that it has joined the call.

To mitigate this RoomOS should start media setup immediately after placing the outgoing call, so it is ready to receive media should it be available. RoomOS should also not start sending media when starting to receive, which is closely linked today.
