Description (partial)

Symptom:
Users using Windows Desktop App 39.9.6 or later version in meetings are being displays as " Anonymous"

Conditions:
1.User1 logs in to site1.webex.com with a desktop client version 39.9.6 or later. 
2.User2 starts a meeting in their PMR on site2.webex.com.
a.Note: User1 does NOT have an account on site2.webex.com
3.User1 joins User2's PMR using the meeting number.
4.User1's local client and all participants in the meeting on site2.webex.com will see User1 as ?Anonymous User
