Description (partial)

Symptom:
This is a documentation bug to document that Assurance requires the time on the monitored network devices to be in Universal Time Coordinated (UTC) for correct detection of time drift between the device and Cisco DNA Center. Configuring a time zone on the device is not supported and may lead to false positive alerts.
