Description (partial)

After PCD migration task from 11.5.SU4 to 11.5.SU6 system does not set password for admin user, therefore PCD cannot login to IMP box to continue data migration.
Administrator unable to login via web/SSH as well.
It is possible to login to IMP server directly to VM (vSphere) console with empty password.
