Description (partial)

Symptom:
After successful register licenses through HTTP or HTTPS connection between CWMS and SSM Satellite got an issue after a while.
Register Status: Register - showing a red warning.

Conditions:
When Customer tries to register licenses through Smart Satellite they got a problem after some time, the connection gets broken.
Registration Status showing a red warning and also a banner on the Admin page showing the message 'Smart Software Manager is not accessible'.
