Symptom: SM restart with fuction egtpc_handle_change_notf_req_evt() Conditions: 1. 3G Attach with S4 2. Activate primary bearer - completed 3. RAB release 4. Activate secondary bearer with streaming traffic class - completed 5. Iu release request and completed 6. Activate another secondary bearer request is getting processed 7. BRC and CBReq is received 8. RAB Assignement request sent to UE and waiting for response 9. Service request for data with SAI change 10. RAB Assignment request for both primary and secondary 11. Iu release request 12. Change notification request is tried Ongoing secondary bearer activation is not aborted/suspend before sending Change Notification Request to that PDN.
